This MUST be resolved in order for you to login for the webinar and for you to receive your certificate. If you do not contact us by one hour before the webinar, we may not be able to help you get your login information.
More Webinar Tips
1. YOUR LOGIN LINK MUST BE USED TO RECEIVE YOUR CERTIFICATE
In order to receive your certificate, you MUST log in using the unique link that was sent to the email address registered in your name. This is how the software tracks your attendance.
2. WCD IS DELEGATED BY DEP AS AN EDUCATOR
As with all of our programs, you will receive a certificate of attendance showing the number of hours of educational programming that we provided. If you need confirmation that these hours quality for your professional licensure requirements, you should contact your state board. We can provide you with a copy of our delegation agreement
3. CERTIFICATES AVAILABLE FOR LIVE PRESENTATIONS ONLY
The certificates will be emailed to the email address provided in your registration. They should arrive within a few hours of the webinar. If you do not receive a certificate, please contact Jen Novak (email@example.com).
4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
You may cancel your registration at any time using the confirmation email that was sent to you. However, in order to receive a refund, you MUST notify Christie Sebek (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Jen Novak (email@example.com).
