Westmoreland Heritage Trail Poker Run – 2026
Get Ready to Ride or Walk at the Westmoreland Heritage Trail Festival & Poker Run!
Get your bikes (or walking shoes) ready for a fun event supporting the Westmoreland Heritage Trail!
The day kicks off with registration at 9:00 AM and a special “Blessing of the Bikes” at 9:30 AM. The Poker Run events start at 10:00 AM and run until 11:30 AM, with awards and raffles at noon. Food vendors will be available until 2:00 PM.
What is a Poker Run?
It’s not a race, so all paces are welcome! Participants will travel along the Westmoreland Heritage Trail, stopping at 5 checkpoints to pick up a playing card at each stop. By the end, you’ll have a full poker hand. The best poker hands win prizes! You can choose to participate in an 8-mile bicycle ride or a 4-mile walk/jog (round trip), or adjust the distance to your liking.
The event, held at the BY Park in Trafford, PA, also features a festival with basket raffles, music, food vendors, and even new membership discounts for the Westmoreland Heritage Trail. You’re encouraged to tag your pictures on social media.
