Dirt, Gravel, Low Volume Road Grant Program Opens

The Westmoreland Conservation District’s Dirt, Gravel, & Low Volume Roads Program will begin accepting grant applications on Monday, September 1, 2025. The window for application will close on Friday, October 31, 2025. We will be accepting grant applications for both Dirt and Gravel Road projects and Low-Volume Road projects.
