Westmoreland Conservation District is hosting a FREE refresher for municipal road crews that are installing environmentally sensitive maintenance practices.

Gain extra points during the grant application ranking process by attending this refresher.

Note: This course will not replace the two-day ESM course presented by the State Conservation Commission and Center for Dirt and Gravel Road Studies.
