We can help municipalities meet the six minimum control measures under MS4 guidelines, and evaluate and design projects to meet their Pollutant Reduction Plan (PRP).

Environmental Monitoring
With over 16 sensors in nine (9) locations across the county, WCD has been monitoring rainfall, stream levels, and BMP effectiveness since 2016. Contact us for more information.
Stormwater + Flooding Assistance
When rain falls on developed land stormwater can cause damage, or even flooding. WCD provides technical assistance to municipalities and individuals to lessen the effects of stormwater and reduce flooding.
