After the shutdowns of 2020, District operations in 2021 proved to be an interesting mix of business as usual, and unusual.
We were back putting conservation projects on the ground…and also looking to create a new, more-predictable way of funding them.
We were back providing conservation education…and presenting it in video, webinar, and other remote new formats.
We were back processing applications for permits…and doing it electronically for the very first time.
